“#Never Again is a thoughtful and intriguing look at the school shootings which are a sad reality in the United States today. This novella takes us inside the world of a mother attempting to come to terms with the death of her daughter; and as she tries to deal with her own grief, she finds herself coping in ways she never expected.”

“This short book is a “must-read” for anyone who wants to find a solution to our unrelenting, catastrophic school shootings.”
~ Dr. Ray Goddard, North Carolina
Nice work…very ” to the point.” Easy to read and fast…. kinda like old style beef stew… nourishing and sticks to your ribs; you’re not digging through piles of fluff to find the meat. Good read.

I think it’s impossible to read “Never Again” without some personal introspection, both on one’s childhood, and one’s own parenting skills. Babies don’t come with instruction manuals, and it takes commitment and practice to change the way communications are delivered, especially when angry. It seems that if spankings/beatings were experienced as a youngster, the grown adult retains familiarity with it as a communication solution. Our dad never got the memo…
It’s short. So much so, that at the final line, I tried to turn a page that wasn’t there… Thank you for writing on this important topic. It felt incomplete at the end, but perhaps that was the author’s intent—to inspire us to research the topic and learn more.

Good read! Well done! I liked the twists with the charging of the parents.
